Baji

A step-by-step manual for people in Pakistan opening a Baji account: the form, phone and email checks, account rules that cannot change, support contact and self-exclusion.

Registering a Baji account on a phone
PHONE SIGN-UP

Registering a Baji account on a phone

Many readers complete the form on a phone, and a phone brings its own mistakes: autocorrect, weak signal and messages that interrupt the page. This page covers how to avoid them.

  • Small-screen care
  • SMS code ready
  • Email on the same phone
  • Locked fields checked
WHY PHONES NEED A CHECKLIST

The form is the same, the slips are different

The fields and rules on a phone match the registration form on any device: full name, username and currency become permanent, and verification codes expire after 5 minutes. What changes is how easily a thumb slips. Autocorrect can rewrite a surname, the wrong currency can be tapped, and the SMS you are waiting for arrives in another app. The sections below turn those risks into habits.

TYPING CARE

Entering locked fields without autocorrect trouble

Three of the fields cannot be edited later, so they deserve slow, deliberate typing.

  • Full legal name

Turn off autocorrect or read the field back once before moving on. Names are the words autocorrect most often changes.

  • Username of 4 to 15 characters

Check capital letters and look-alike characters, such as the letter l and the digit 1, before you continue.

  • Currency selection

Scroll the list with care and confirm that PKR is selected before you submit.

  • Password of 6 to 20 characters

Use a show-password option if the form offers one, so you know what you typed before you rely on it.

Receiving the SMS and email codes on one phone
THE CODE ROUTINE

Receiving the SMS and email codes on one phone

You confirm your phone number and your email address. With one phone doing both jobs, the order you work in matters.

  • Open email in a second tab

Sign in to your inbox before you request anything, so the emailed code needs no extra login.

  • Request the SMS code

Ask for it only when you are ready to read it. The code expires after 5 minutes, so a slow reply wastes it.

  • Return to the form quickly

Copy the digits, go back to the sign-up tab and paste them in. Some phones reload a page that has been left in the background.

  • Repeat for the email code

The emailed code also expires after 5 minutes. Once both are accepted, add your date of birth to finish verification.

PHONE CONDITIONS

Conditions that make sign-up go smoothly

You do not need a special device, only reliable conditions while you fill in the form.

  • Steady signal

A stable connection prevents delayed SMS codes. Move to a better spot before you request one.

  • Enough battery

A phone that switches off mid-form means starting again, so charge it first.

  • Your own SIM

Register with a number you own, because the verification code goes to the number you enter.

  • Notifications visible

If SMS previews are hidden, open the messages app directly to find the code instead of waiting for a notification.

  • Storage and updates

Free up some space and keep your browser up to date so the form loads cleanly.

HELP FROM YOUR PHONE

Reaching Baji customer support from a phone

Baji customer support is reached from a phone the same way it is reached from a computer.

  • Chat icon

Tap the chat icon at the bottom of the site, choose Send us a message and then your language.

  • Email

If chat does not open, write to support.pk@baji.live.

  • Screenshots

Take a screenshot of any error message, but keep passwords and codes out of what you send.

Safety habits for phone registration
KEEP IT SAFE

Safety habits for phone registration

A phone goes everywhere with you and is easy to lose, so protect the account on it with extra care.

  • Lock screen on

A screen lock protects the account if the phone is lost or taken.

  • Private screen

Do not register while others can see your screen or your codes.

  • One account per person

Registering again from a second phone still counts as a duplicate, and Baji's terms allow only one account per person.

  • Sign out on borrowed phones

If you ever use someone else's phone, sign out before handing it back.

PHONE QUESTIONS

Questions about registering from a phone

Short answers for readers who complete the whole sign-up on a phone.

Is phone registration different from using a computer?

The fields, the locked details and the 5-minute code lifetimes are the same. Only the typing and switching between apps need extra care.

My SMS code never arrived. What next?

Check the signal and that you entered the right number. Codes expire after 5 minutes, so if the message is late, contact Baji customer support through chat.

Can I register on my phone and check things on a computer?

Verification belongs to the account, not to the device. What matters is that you can receive the SMS and email codes in time.

Does a phone sign-up need a PKR account too?

The currency choice is the same on every device and cannot be changed later. Select PKR if you will use the account from Pakistan.

What if I close the page by accident?

Go back to the site and continue with the same details. Do not create a second account, because duplicates can be closed.

Is a CNIC needed on the phone form?

No identity card number is required at registration, on a phone or any other device, although one may be requested later in particular circumstances.
